I will recommend including and considering mitigation for the following legal risks/ issues in our risk management plan. These risks have been identified during the meeting with the upper management this morning and are a concern when the company opens the new plant and starts the sale of the new tires in the market, both domestically and internationally.

Consumer Safety - the company should provide terms and conditions in the contracts clearly and understandably following the Canadian Consumer Product Safety Act and keeping in mind the different laws of tires such as NTSB in the US and TSB in Canada. Also, ensure that our products and services shall be precisely described in our customer sales agreement.

Unauthorized use of the company's trademarks and trademark infringement - to give the company greater protection, I suggest that the company registers its trademarks through the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. We do not want our product to be misrepresented and used inappropriately which could damage our brand and company reputation leading to a loss of sales.
