Record your findings, i.e., which resources (title and cost) you plan to purchase in the form of a brief report. 4. Determine the number and type of staff required to implement the learning and development strategy. 5. In your report, also include the name and contact details for the supplier of all learning and development resources you expect to purchase and the procedure for allocating and managing resources and staff required to implement the learning and development strategy. 6. If you come across learning and development resources which are not a complete fit, you will also need to provide a brief explanation of the modifications you will need to make in order to be able to purchase and use these resources during the learning and development activity. 7
