Again, based on what you know, how do you think their experiences helped develop them for their current position? Do they seem to have engaged in any formal development activities (e.g., coaching, mentoring, etc.)?

Finally, based on your observations/understanding, what additional leadership development activities this person could benefit from to help improve opportunity areas? What is one opportunity area and what type of development activity might be a good fit to help develop this skill?
