Please prepare a 10-minute presentation that discusses

who you are as a leader. The requirements are: - Please videotape yourself giving the presentation. Make sure your submission shows you in presentation mode (i.e., not just your head). - The actual presentation should include items such as

(1) your vision; (2) your fundamental truth; (3) your key values and philosophy; (4) your dominant leadership style; (5) and, what you need to secure yourself as an effective leader. The presentation should also include an introduction and conclusion. - The presentation must be within 8 to 12 minutes in length. You will be penalized if your presentation is not at least 8 minutes and the grading will stop after 12 minutes. - The presentation must also include specific personal business examples which demonstrate your message. - Creativity is appreciated! - These presentations may use whatever software you find feasible. All that I ask is that any questions regarding your software choice be explained.
