Here are some SUGGESTED questions you COULD focus on if you are are finding yourself stuck in responding.

1. List some common stereotypes about older individuals. Why do you think these stereotypes took root? How do you think they might negatively affect an older individual's ability to keep and find work? What can be done to address the negative effects of these stereotypes?
2. On a more positive note, list some advantages or skills that older workers can bring to employers.
