Question 19 2 pts (2 points) The Minnesota legislature has legalized the use of recreational marijuana. Vern's Good Weed operates in Minnesota as a licensed dispensary of marijuana and marijuana accessories. One day, an inspector from the Minnesota Marijuana Commission visits Vern's shop. The inspection was unannounced, and Vern asked if the inspection was the result of some complaint, or if the Commission had probable cause to believe that Vern had not complied with any of the Agency's rules and regulations governing dispensaries. The inspector said no; it was just a random inspection that the Agency performs. Vern asked if the inspector had a warrant, and the inspector said she did not. Vern allowed the inspector to roam freely in the public area of the shop. But when the inspector demanded to enter the back room/storage area of the shop (which the public/customers are not allowed to enter), Vern firmly denied access. The inspector told Vern that she was carrying out orders from her supervisor and she needed to perform a wall-to-wall inspection. Vern still said no. The inspector then told Vern that he will be sanctioned, and could be fined and risk the loss of his dispensary license. Vern stood firm, and the inspector left without entering the back room. Does Vern have a Constitutional right to deny access
