Spend a little time analyzing the industry in which 10x Genomics operates in.  After analyzing the industry, now assess the strengths and weaknesses of the company's strategic position.

4. Do you see any strategic vulnerabilities in the market position of 10x Genomics?

 

5. If you were to start a competitor to 10x Genomics, how would you start? This is a deliberately open-ended framing of this question. To answer, think about competition broadly and how you would envision, position, and build an effective competitor.
