An online learner management system was implemented at a collage to help manage the college operations on one platform. All the functionalities of the college including the registration, administration, finance, learning and results publication on a central location. The system was implemented and monitored over a period of 8 weeks. As part of the quality assurance for the project the errors, queries and complaints of the users were logged into the system. The table below shows the number of errors logged per week over the 8-week period.
