The Zara company specializes in fast fashion, and products include clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, beauty, and perfumes. It is the largest company in the Inditex group, the world's largest apparel retailer. As we can see from the picture above, their website fails to meet reliability since it is not a Responsive web design (RWD) meaning that the website does not render well on a variety of devices and window or screen sizes. When users size down the screen, Zara's website does not respond to the size of users' screen.

Unlike H&M and Levi's, Zara's website needs to improve its user experience. The product browsing experience is not very clear. First, the website listed all their categories on the left site which can be confusing. Also, the narrow leading of the font makes it look clutter. Second, the website does not contain a "sort" function which greatly impacts users' experiences. Third, let us take a look at Zara's filter function, all colors are written in text form instead of using a color scheme which might be easier for customers to filter. Another problem of Zara's filter function is it does not give users the option to choose more than one filters. Overall, the usability of Zara is disappointing.
