[LO-4], Chapter 2 Break into small groups and identify an operational problem occurring at your campus and involving one of the following: registration, university housing, food services, parking, or library services.

Develop a workable solution to that problem. Finally, develop a list of pertinent facts that your team will need to gather to convince the reader that the problem exists and that your solution will work.
