I think that if you are going to form a relationship (alliance) with anyone/company/etc. that you should comprehend each other's cultures, values, styles, etc. before joining forces. If they don't align, that is a major red flag. What do you think is the best way to lay all of that information out from the very beginning, to prevent such chaos from happening?
