(b) For \(v_{O}=-3.5 \mathrm{~V}\), determine \(i_{L}, i_{C n}, i_{C p}\), and \(v_{I}\). What is the power dissipated in \(Q_{n}, Q_{p}\), and \(R_{L}\) ?
