Question:
Present the following information in the form of a table. What further data would be required to make the table more informative?
In 1966 the total number of accidents to the ABC Company male employees was 364 and to female employees 204. In 1967 the total number of male accidents was 418 - a rise of 54 - and the total number of female accidents was 235 -a rise of 31. In 1968 the total number of accidents remained roughly constant, the corresponding figures being 410 and 2 31 and it is felt that this small reduction in accidents was due to many of our employees being laid off during the recession in the motor industry. In 1969 there was a rise in male accidents of no less than 194 to a total of 604. Part of this rise is accounted for by the exceptionally icy condition of the roads in November and December 1969.
