Consider doing a job analysis for a job for which you are an SME, the job of student. What would it be like to do a job analysis for the job of student? Whom would you ask to be your SMEs (besides yourself)? On your own or in groups, list what you consider to be the primary, critical tasks performed by a student, as well as the critical KSAs. Also list some critical incidents faced by university students, including both positive and negative examples.
